Infection propensity is being pulled forward to a time period which is then “censored” in analyses of trials and “real world” studies.
Subjects are “unvaccinated” until 14 days (or more) after dose 2.
This magically reduces infections in the vaccinated group while increasing infections in the unvaccinated.
